The Mother Of All Scavenger Hunts
/Of utterly unparalleled proportions.
So, if you were going on a scavenger hunt, to seek and to find the world’s best electric guitar and you knew you preferred blue/green themes of topical tropical grandeur—playing and performing with the greatest of ease—where would you look first? Where could and should it be hiding?
The tropics? Florida perhaps?
Tip Top Secret Clue for you:
Mike Reo of Music Arts Enterprises (MAE for short) may know the whereabouts of this gorgeous Li’l Angel. MAE has been an Anderson Guitarworks dealer for decades now.
So, given the clues we knew, if we were on an actual physical scavenger hunt we would all hop into the van right now. Road trip—party time—and drive straight through—to the parking lot of MAE in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Bounding up to their door we enter and with as much feigned restraint as we can muster, ask to speak with Mike, please, about a top secret matter of musical momentousness.
“Hi Mike, We are on a scavenger hunt looking for a tropical, 24 fret paradise. Would you happen to have…”
In mid-sentence, Mike enthusiastically dashed away, immediately returning with this one-and-only Li’l Angel in Natural Bora to Arctic Blue Burst. And notice…custom…no binding on the body edge as Arctic Blue rolls around and through the guitar’s outer perimeter to envelop everything in a smooth flow of beauty and thematic color.
If that was not already enough to impress everyone within eye and ear shot, the fingerboard is popping with striations of Ziricote wood highlights, while the Chocolate Maple neck back, headstock and Bora Logo (Turquoise / Aqua) add a refined finishing touch that will stop all other guitar players in mid-musical phrase—in a good way.
And if you actually thought you might like even more “guitar player stopping power,” take one look at these same transparent hues as they shade its Limba body back—different wood types, different outcomes, while using the same colors—but all so strikingly good.
It is time. Let’s hop into the van and drive…or phone or click. There are many ways to go on the epic scavenger hunt of all time.
