Another Cool Way To Surf

Another Cool Way To Surf

It is called Wake Surfing.

Towed behind a ski boat, the wake surfer rides the churning waters (the wake) created as the powerful engines propel the boat forward.

A different kind of surfing.

When we apply that same visual phenomenon to a guitar finish we call it WakeSurf—the lighter “churning water” area fanning out behind the bridge.

So cool. This has become a very popular “burst” style paint theme for us.

So far we have seen WakeSurf in Fire. We also offer it in Blue (of course), with a few other select colors to come—stay tuned and we will share those as well.

But today we debut the spectacular shade of Black WakeSurf

And to make things even more fun, this Black WakeSurf finish is appearing on an Arc Angel

Arc Angel is one of our newest Anderson instrumental offerings—debuting just this last January at the 2020 NAMM Show.

…And then we all got busy caring for one another across the globe—both in health and in human rights. It is our profound hope that this is the opening of the doorway to a gorgeous world of cooperation, caring, understanding, real peace, equanimity and equality for all. There is no more profound endeavor to undertake.

Arc Angel is a Li’l Angel—an Angel with a shorter 24 3/4-inch scale length. But Arc Angel’s defining character is that it also features a Mahogany Body back and Mahogany Neck back. This all-Mahogany construction in concert with the shorter scale length promotes a focused and muscular midrange persona of predominate power.

24 frets of dominate midrange muscle desired? Arc Angel is your choice.
