Green Wakeup Call

Was that the alarm?

And why are the waters beneath your wakeboard glowing multiple vibrant shades of green, as you are pulled at high speed behind the boat?

A dream? Have you entered an alternate dimension or is this another Anderson Guitarworks gamma experiment gone bad good? Or is this simultaneously all three?

Yes, that is it exactly.

A spectacular gamma incident gone good on this Angel 7 for Anderson Artist Michael Naro. He opted for his new Angel 7 to be finished in Gamma Green WakeSurf.

Editor’s Note: As you may remember, we call this color style WakeSurf due to its unique bursted “V” paint pattern behind the bridge that reminds us of the churning V-shaped waters wake riders desire as they get into the surf pocket behind the ski boat, the ultimate place for a wake surfer to rip the curl.

So gorgeous and so sought after.

But there is even more to this one. Let’s take a closer look.

Not only is its Maple Top’s gloss color treatment made up of multiple shades of green, but the most vibrant among them almost take on an iridescent glow, when blasted by lights, as though they are empowered by gamma radiation. Hence the name Gamma Green WakeSurf.

Round, round flip it around and you can see other optional complementary color schemes at play here.

The back…

Michael opted for a Swamp Ash body back, to back up his wonderful wakesurfing Angel 7. Accentuating the intrinsic grain pattern of the Swamp Ash, is Satin Black…with Green Dog Hair. This 7 uniquely features a Gloss top with Satin back and two different treatments of green, a very unique and beautiful finish combination.

7-string power is provided by an H-Series pickup in the neck position and an HN-Series at the bridge, with an SF-Series bestowing a brilliant middle counterbalance.

Gamma Green, vibrantly visually stating the obviously impressive thundering low end and extended dimension of 7. Seems so appropriate for a green monster of such magnitude.

Thank you Michael.
