Self Centered Pink

Do not be the least bit concerned. Pink is certainly as nice as any color could possibly be. We are simply talking about centering around pink; before bursting outward to a rich, transparent plum perimeter.

Yes, its Transparent Pink to Plum Burst on an impressive Arc Angel. This new color has already made grown men and women go “mad” (in a good way, of course).

And what are the higher aspects of an Arc Angel?

First, and perhaps foremost, all members of our Angel family can reach higher heights—as you are able to easily access two full octaves on each string. 24 frets; this is what defines our entire Angel line.

But specifically, Arc Angel…what sets it apart from other members of the Angel family—or any member of the Anderson Guitar family for that matter?

An Arc Angel has a specific set of distinct characteristics that make it unique and (dare we say) super powered.

Arc Angel is:

24 frets: A full 2 octave range on each string.

24 3/4-inch scale length: Shorter string length means a more midrange-focused tonal emphasis with less string tension, easier reach and bending.

Mahogany (Okoume or Limba) body back: Mahogany and Okoume both exhibit mahogany-like tonal characteristics of strong and aggressive midrange. Mahogany is the traditional wood, originally from South America while African Okoume is an even-fatter, more saturated and mid-focused option—gorgeously impressive.

Limba (aka Korina) also demonstrates mahogany-like sonic qualities, trading a bit of its mid-only character for some extended highs without deviating from this specific genre.

Mahogany neck back: Further supporting the concentrated midrange theme that is the emphasis of the Arc Angel.

It is these 4 attributes as explained above that make the Arc Angel a premier choice for those that prefer aggressive, smooth and saturated humbucker tones—that can still “split down” to do it all.

Arc Angel is to our Angel family what Superbird is the the Raven line and what Cobra S and Cobra T are to our S and T lineup—a short-scale instrument with an all Mahogany (or mahogany-like) super structure.

Oh yes, 24 frets of pitch-climbing prowess, presenting deliberately forceful and musical midrange tones that play deliriously in tune. Really, there is nothing as lofty as an Arc Angel for all these types of musical endeavors…and more.
