Be On Guard

On the lookout for monsters. After all, it is October now—the month of Halloween—a fun and scary holiday celebrated in several countries.

But actually, it is not you but an Angel Player that can be on guard, or more accurately with this one, has a guard on it—a pickguard.

Yes, it is the pickguard structure and styling that makes an Angel Player a Guardian Angel Player—your musical protector—giving it a much more vintage themed look—but still with the 24 fret layout of the Angel family.

So no worries this October, you do not have to be on your guard. It’s your Guardian Angel Player that is the guarded one.

And this Guardian Angel Player takes things in a new direction. A monster guitar finished in Transparent Red over the legendary, elongated Swamp Ash signature wood grain—all good.

But regarding this particular Guardian Angel Player…it is being guarded with a Pearl Black Pickguard—rarely, if ever seen, until now.

The first one to ever appear in the chronicles of Guitar Tales with our new version of Pearl Black—now a much more neutral gray/black hue. Quite complementary with many solid colors.

So to sum up: an all traditional tone wood body—no exotic wood top—classic pickguard styling and 24 fret architecture define the Guardian Angel Player in all its vintage/modern glory.

On Guard.
