Lake Placid Blue means…

Lake Placid Blue means…

Peaceful blue lake.

Appropriate perhaps, for this Guitar Tales because peace and equality should be for everyone—always—at all times. Nothing else will do.

I guess you could say that this is the Blue Jay way to do a Raven.

Wait…what…?

A fun way of saying:

A Raven, in Blue with our new and, oh-so-effective, J-Trem tremolo….a Blue, Jay, Raven.

J-Trem is our optional floating bridge and tailpiece assembly and a complete joy to play.

Super stability and silky fluid movement that is always in tune is the J-Trem mark of excellence. Gliding so freely. And, because it is a separate bridge and tailpiece design, it can also do the Drop D tuning thing really well while still retaining its floating feature.

J-Trem is comprised of two components, a Floating Tailpiece assembly and our “Chopped 3-Saddle bridge,” with compensated saddle design.

The “Chopped 3-Saddle bridge” incorporates a special nickel plated, hardened steel saddle treatment for the slipperiest surface possible. This, in coordination with a precisely refined string-path geometry, offers just the right amount of saddle tension—not too little and not too much—for flawless flow and function.

Plus…the compensated (corrected) saddle design of our “Chopped 3-Saddle bridge“ means uncompromisingly accurate intonation and awesomely in-tune playing is always available for you—just like every Anderson guitar ever created.

You may now soar freely on the wings of a Peaceful Blue Raven.
