It’s Big

And sparkly.

It’s Big Sparkle finishes, beginning to appear in a variety of colors.

From our In-Distress family of fine finishes you can now get Big Sparkle colors in any level of In-Distress application: 0,1,2 or 3.

What you see before you? The essential Big Sparkle Silver. Really, how much more iconic could a T Icon get; if a T Icon could get iconic Big Sparkles?

The T Icon guitar is defined by T-symmetry, traditional pickguard styling and is uniquely differentiated from its other Anderson T siblings by the exclusive incorporation of a Traditional 3-Saddle bridge with baseplate that surrounds the bridge position pickup. This bestows a uniquely desirable sound and look simultaneously.

Now you can have Big Sparkles, In-Distress—if you so choose.

And the next obvious question and answer is this: Yes, you can get a Big Sparkle finish on any of our guitar models that offer our In-Distress finish process as a color option. So you can certainly be covered in Big Sparkles, no matter which awesome In-Distress, Anderson instrument you would most like to have join your band.

And one more big, fun secret for you today. Lean in close to your computer and we will whisper it to you…quietly…

Quiet vintage single coil pickups, TV7 and TV7+ are onboard this T Icon. They are silenced by our V-Quiet hum-cancelling system.

How quiet are they?

Quieter than traditional humbucker pickups that “buck” the 60 cycle hum inherent with any electromagnetic detector—which is actually how an electric guitar pickup operates. That is why, with all electric guitars under certain conditions, you can hear every electromagnetic field in the room when you let go of the strings.

V-Quiet makes the predominate hum of a single coil pickup go away (as long as you are adhering to proper playing etiquette for all electric guitars). With V-Quiet you can have the vintage single coil tones that you love so much and yet have them operate more hushed than any humbucker is able. Yay. So good.

What is also Big—any small kindness we offer another. It changes our world for the better. The gift of music…a very good offering. Go forth and play.
