SuperNaturally More Natural

SuperNaturally More Natural

Last time in our super natural sagas, we may have alluded to something more...

Something new...

A different view of Super Natural Deep Ocean Blue than we have seen before.

Now appearing without a pickguard, it graces the surface of our legendary Drop Top where this exclusive, hand-rubbed color can be experienced in its full form.

Some may even call the experience a supernatural one. But that’s just silly talk—or is it?!

Editor’s Note: As we have previously stated, when we use the word “Natural” in the name of a paint color it means that you can see some natural wood contrasting with the color for added visual dynamics. And when we call it “Super Natural,” that means there is even more…more natural wood and drama revealed—the result of a carefully crafted and meticulously hand-rubbed finish.

Let’s dive deep:

Twin SC1 series pickups in the neck and middle positions pick up what you are laying down, rendering your choice harmonies with rich, lush and robust, vintage-flavored (and more) single coil tones. SC pickups are many players’ favorite singles because they have all the right vintage seasonings in all the right places and present themselves with more useable and desired richness and breadth. These coils noticeably sign into this Drop Top’s gorgeous Alder foundation.

Need to make an instantaneous leap to musical hyperspace? Simply flip into the full power of the HC3 humbucker at the bridge position and you enter the realm of focused midrange power with Anderson’s super-musical voicing and the ability to split down to impressively realistic single coil tones when desired.

Yep, playing a Drop Top really is a supernatural experience of elevated performance, whether it is resplendent with one of our Super Natural finish treatments or not.
