Celestial Rendezvous With Blue

It could be galactic destiny that drives us from the outermost spatial realms of our physical world to the innermost regions of our musical and artistic heart. A place of inner peace—restitution for our very soul. We all seek it, whether we are aware of its calling or not. Yes, and some say it is to be found in our very own galaxy.

Prepare for warp speed in…5, 4, 3, 2…

Excuse me a minute, Guitar Tales Space Commander…would you like to share with all of us what in the world you are actually talking about this week? Please give us a more down-to-earth explanation of the guitar shimmering before us now.

Oh, sorry about that. Please accept my uttermost outer space apologies, but…

It is not really my fault. It’s this Icon Classic that drew me in, calling out with its powerfully polarizing Metallic Galaxy Blue good looks. Inspirational. One might even say that it  drove me into outer space wordplay, in a way, anyway.

Stop that!

Okay, sorry again.

Well, it happened like this: Walking through the hallowed halls of Anderson Guitarworks, I opened the door to the Play Room—the secret space where all the Anderson guitars are finally play-tested. There was Tom—you know, Tom Anderson—his usual sublime persona shining from behind this stunning Galaxy Blue Icon Classic, plugged straight into his ÷ 13 amp.

I have to say, I was moved. The guitar was instantly inspirational to behold and to hear. Made me want to have and to hold one too.

I instantly knew that this Icon was destined to be featured in Guitar Tales. It is just too good, too sparkly, too cool, and too blue to be true, especially with its confidently contrasting Black Pickguard and Hardware. A colorway so spatially beautiful that this guitar cannot be ignored.

In the Anderson photo studio, we positioned this Metallic Galaxy Blue just right under the lights to be able to precisely and evenly share its shimmer with you, revealing its deepest, darkest blue sparkling secrets—up close and personal, its intimate interdimension on display.

But the best part: It plays like an Anderson. Simply unparalleled playability, so sleek, so fast, and so, so good. It calls you beyond your best. Really fun and audaciously in tune. Simple and complex chords, resounding out with lush intervals in symphony. This rare quality always makes a chorded instrument ring with such richness—huge sound.

Yes. From the outermost regions of our very own galaxy to the innermost meaningful whispers of our musical hearts, this guitar declares a more than out-of-this-world playing experience: the Metallic Galaxy Blue, Icon Classic for you.

And where is this guitar now? Come to a heading of 37.6805° Set course for Morgan Music in Lebanon, Missouri. And again, prepare for warp speed in 5, 4, 3, 2…one…
