Stand and Stare

Let’s all just stand here together in a moment of silence, hold hands (figuratively, of course, its a symbolic human unity thing) and appreciate the depth and grander of creation as we recognized the un-repeating uniqueness that is characteristic of everything in Nature, revealed to us at this moment within the intricate and individual shapes, compositions and patterns of this Angel’s figured maple top manifesting before us.

Satin Atlantic Storm to Black Edge Burst, a highly coveted blueish-black hued finish; this one customized without the standard maple-bound body but rather with rounded edges that gracefully roll into its Alder back.

Alder bestows a nicely balanced tonal wellspring from which full humbuckers, and single coil tones alike, gush forth from the same twin pickup setup; all underpinned by Alder’s supportive low midrange and enunciated by its intrinsic upper mid projection—granting ample girth without merely relying on only pure mid-midrange to make its power. Super musical in its outpouring.

Fingerboard fire and color is present and impressive—perhaps a present from the Mayan gods of Ziricote wood, complements of the beautiful Mexican region of our planet.

Pitch bending gymnastics of all kinds are welcomed by the fully locking tremolo bridge—chrome finish shimmering under the stage lights.

Now let us take another moment of silence to just stand and stare together at the ultimate performance that is Anderson, this time manifesting through the Atlantic Storm to Black Edge Burst, Angel appearing before us.
