Seeing Seafoam

Sometimes it is just a very nice thing to be able to see the more seldom seen Seafoam Green—as opposed to its more ubiquitous sibling, Surf Green

Both equally good greens of the vintage variety, that is for sure. We have shown both with equal frequency on our site but out in the wild world of electric guitars Surf seems to appear more often than its equally awesome Seafoam Green cousin—which is slightly darker and richer—like a huger hue of gorgeous green.

What we have not seen here is Seafoam in its shiny, new and glossy form. It has only appeared as In-Distress.

But now, ladies and gentleman, boys and girls, wild and happy musicians, may we present: The Classic, this one glistening gorgeous as a glossy Seafoam Green—shining under the lights or until the sun sets over the sea. (If you happen to be jamming your Seafoam at the seashore, that is.)

Shall we try it together right now? Say it quickly out loud 6 times?

Were you able to say it without getting tongue tied?

Okay sorry. Perhaps we can completely forget I just did that.  Don’t tell Tom. Ha.

Back to The Classic:

Another inspiring aspect that makes this one appear extra fresh and glistening is the choice of a pure White Pickguard and accompanying appointments, like Pickup covers, etc. Traditionally with vintage body colors, we have seen Aged White or Mint White for a more time-influenced look. But this Classic proposes the purity of pure white.

And as always all of of this Seafoam goodness was shot under the control and balance of 5000K daylight lighting so you know you are viewing the most accurate color renderings that can be found on the web.

Let’s sing our way out of here, shall we? After all we are musicians. I’ll take the high harmony. 1,2,3,4,1:
