T-Icon with J-Trem

You have seen the T-Icon before, but not like this….

Now T-Icon can also bend and slither, shift pitch and tremolo with an easy flowing touch, thanks to the new addition of the J-Trem tremolo tailpiece to this guitar’s persona.         

For T-Icon, J-Trem is the incorporation of an excellent-functioning, floating tailpiece to its Traditional 3-Saddle bridge anatomy.  

To further grant free flowing happiness and harmony to its already elevated performance, the J-Trem version of our Traditional 3-Saddle bridge utilizes a special nickel plated, hardened steel saddle treatment, for the slickest string surface possible—excellent for slippin’ and a slidin’. 

You will definitely love the extended, smooth tremolo performance this grants to the T-Icon—when you want to be able to dive even deeper into your favorite “T” instrument.

Tone Wood Options

We’re always looking for new Tone Woods - both for sonic and visual appeal. And we’ve got some good ones that are New for ‘22:‎

Limba - also know as Korina

 
 

First, flip it over and gasp at the back of this guitar, and we delightfully spy a Limba body back; this one finished in White with Black Dog Hair (a.k.a. Cookies and Cream Dog Hair). Limba, also referred to as Korina, is a Mahogany-like wood that can be livelier and slightly more pronounced than traditional Mahogany while still dominating with focused midrange and power.‎

Blackheart Fingerboards - As rich sounding as Rosewood, as Dark in color as Ebony

 
 

Introducing a new fingerboard wood called Blackheart. Looks and sounds so good. 

“Blackheart” is in actuality, Purpleheart wood that has been “roasted” and now appears very dark to the eye—almost black. We call it Blackheart. 

Our official Anderson position regarding this fingerboard wood is:

Blackheart is as rich sounding as Rosewood (maybe richer) and as dark looking as ebony. 

From a sheer tonal standpoint, this fingerboard wood sounds wonderful, rich, full and lush while easily upholding the substantial foundation required for gorgeous vintage tones to exude unimpeded.

If your preference is to dance across a very dark fingerboard, you are now welcome to do so, with no rich tonal restrictions whatsoever. ‎

Chocolate Maple Necks are Back!

 
 

Back to the back—of the guitar—and what you may instantly notice about the neck back is that…Chocolate is back. Chocolate Maple necks, that is.  

Once again you can get a Chocolate Maple neck back with a fingerboard of either Rosewood, Ziricote or Blackheart. ‎
