As this time-honored, pop culture tale goes, on his home planet he was a mere mortal...a guitar player, I think. But once he came to Earth everything changed. Now under the influence of our Natural Yellow Sun, Top T Classic, he became superhuman, charged with powers and abilities far beyond those of mortal…ah, guitar players. Maybe so, we should ask John about that. He received this Top T Classic for his birthday—from his wonderful fiancé. She may have also been naturally drawn to this Natural Yellow Sun’s intrinsic power, because she could not resist surprising him with it.

Beforehand, John knew nothing about what was to come. On his birthday, she presented him with Anderson-supplied pictures of the Top T Classic and let him know that at this very moment this Natural Yellow Sun, “T,” was in route to come play with him.

Ah, the bliss of an Anderson birthday.

Happy Birthday and Happy Playing to John, his fiancé…and may all of us have Happy Anderson Birthdays in the future.

Guitar Tales Addendum:

For those of you under the impression that the superpowers part of this Anderson story could be a bit…far-fetched, you may need further corroboration. Well, we have that, of course.

Adrian Williams plays for the legendary band, The Temptations. He is a longtime Anderson Player and stopped by to order an Icon Classic, in Sparkle Gold, for his upcoming tour. (Can’t wait to see that one in Guitar Tales.)

If we are remembering correctly, when Adrian walked into the building he weighed about 98 lb.

Once he spied this beautiful Top T Classic finished in Natural Yellow Sun, he asked if he could play it for just a moment. As he lifted it to playing position, everything changed.
